LaserJet Pro MFP M426 fdw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My LaserJet MFP M426 fdw keeps giving me a message sayng there's a jam in the cartridge area.  I've  repeatedly removed the cartridge, checked  and there's no jam.   Tried turning the printer off and back on, but it still says there's a jam.   Has anyone else had this problem?  Any advice on how to resolve it?  My printer is only 6 months old.

Thanks.

Hello, almost sounds like a sensor in the paper path is stuck. I would try using a manila folder to floss the path. First remove the tray, then slowly push the folder through the path to see if it pushes it back in place.

Hope this helps....
