Have a HP Envy 4502 e all in one series .  It has a paper jam.  Said to take back off and remove jam.  I can not figure out how to get back off.  Tried looking in the booklet.  Tried looking all over this site. NOTHING.  Then of course when I go to support am told it is out of warranty.  I know that.  I just don't know how to get the back off to remove the paper jam!!
