Printing address labels. Printer states "paper upside-down"

However the paper is not upside down, I have tried putting the paper in every way possible, but everytime I try to print, the Printer thinks the paper is upside down and just spits the paper out blank. Suggestions?

I have been using Avery labels. I was able to get some different brand labels,  3 of 5 printed. The 2 that didn't print claimed to me "upside down."

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting issue in printing labels. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Click here and check the paper handling specifications in the document.

Perform a hard reset.

  • Remove the power cable from the printer when it is turned on.
  • Press and hold the power button for 60secs.
  • Connect the power cable to printer and directly to wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer.

Click here and follow the document to print labels without any issues.

Let me know how it goes.

I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,
