Hi @Dumbx,

Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. As I understand you are having an issue with the paper selection on your HP Envy printer. I'll be really glad to help you with this,

When you set up your HP printer on your computer with the recommended HP software, a print driver installs that provides you access to the features your printer supports. The print driver lets you change color, paper, quality settings and more when printing documents, photos, and web pages.

Note: Some settings and options are not available and locations vary, depending on the printer model and driver version.

Please go through the paper-handling specifications for HP ENVY 5642 e-All-in-One Printer (B9S64A) Specifications,

For further assistance, please go through the Print Driver Settings Guide (Mac).

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance.

Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing from you.
