M402DN
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I work in a hospital and we have a demand from the doctors to print out their prescriptions for their patients directly on their new printer an M402dn. the problem is this, Tray 1 has etiket paper Tray 2 has the prescription paper (110x210)

and trau 3 has A4 paper in it.  I cant seem to correctly designate the settings so the printer prints from tray 2.

i put tray 2 to take any papersize and tray 1 i had 5x8 inches and tray 3 was A4 paper.

I had it working on tray 1 but it giving me a lot of problems printing etikets from Tray 2 so i moved them to tray 1 and tray 2 was for de meds prescription notes but if i use the same settings as tray 1 it does not come out like on Tray 1.

i have tried numerous settings trying to print out thes **bleep** prescriptions but it wont come out like i need them too.

Also it is almost the size of an envelop DL size but if i take that it wil only print text in a small window (adres window) of the paper/envelop.

So my question is how do i put these settings so i can print these documents from Tray 2 like they dit on Tray 1.

kind regards.

Tim Wenmaekers
