My wife forced the paper tray into the printer and now I can not remove the tray or even use the printer, I get the paper jam message. I need to know how to unstick this tray, I have tried to find the problem but can not see to solve it. If I could just remove some parts to let the tray fall out would be nice.

I will private message you a place to get the service manual. This will be a little difficult. The paper tray (tray 2) actually lifts at the rear of the printer to feed the paper up the backside of the printer (for toner transfer) and then through the fuser before it exits at the top. So you may have to release the lower rear door all the way down in order to gain access to where the paper has balled up or stuck. There is a flag sensor than hangs down to let the printer know the tray has lifted, so my best guess is the paper has rolled up around this flag, preventing removal from the printer. All the action takes place on the backside of the printer tho. I would encourage you to disconnect the power cord before attempting anything.
Unfortunately, I dont think there is really any way to remove parts to let the paper tray drop from the bottom. If you removed the toner cartridges, i think there is a metal plate between the transfer belt and the paper tray, so you wont be able to fish the paper out that way. If you could get the tray 2 to open up just enough for you to get some tweezers or hemostats in to grab what paper you can, maybe just sliding some sheets out would release enough pressure to get the tray all the way out. If the repairs seem to complicated, you may need a printer tech to perform the work.
It would help if you could move the printer to where you can try and slide out tray 2, while having the rear door of the printer opened, that way you may be able to see what it going on in the backside.
