Reset Procedure:

  • Turn off the printer
  • Press and hold the Left arrow & Cancel while you turn on the printer
  • Once you see Permanent Storage Init you can release the buttons.
  • The printer should now start resetting.

I have some flecks on the pages I'm printing off my computer and want to run the printer through the "clean" option, but cannot get to it because it keeps asking for a password and I don't remember ever setting one up. I thought I had run it through a cleaning before, though. I could be wrong.
