Product: HP ENVY 5665

I have an HP ENVY 5665 which is supposed to print pictures.  I am trying to print and 8.5x11 sized picture on photo paper (size 8.5x11) but it just keeps cancelling the print job after a minute and the photo paper comes out blank.    I can print 4x6 pictures just fine.  please help!

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are unable to print 8.5x11 sized picture on photo paper.

 

This issue could occur if the print settings are not correct.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.
