Product: J4680 all-in-one

I am trying to print photos on photo paper I've used before with this printer.  It prints on regular paper but when I put the HP Premium Plus Photo paper in, all it prints are lines across the page.  I've checked the paper settings but can't get it to print on photo paper.  Any ideas???????

I am having with the lines across the picture at intermittent times, but more often when using photo paper.

 

plus the printer seems to have to reload every time I make a change on my photo program which is Paintshop Pro X9.
