Product: photosmart 5520

My printer had been working normally.  Now, it looks like it is printing and copying without any errors, but the paper is blank.  We have replaced the ink cartridge and unplugged it.  It seems like this has been an issue for these printers in the past.  Any ideas?

I understand your HP Photosmart 5520 is printing out blank pages. I will be happy to help.
