I have been using my Hp Photosmart 7510 for years without any issues. Last week, an error message popped up: "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed". I have searched a solution on the internet and tried some: plug off with and without the ink cartridge. Unfortunately, no one worked.  
 
Could you please help me with this issue?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printhead error. 

 

Please try these steps - HP Printers - Resolving Printhead Errors

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
