Hello,

 

I have the same problem. 

 

When I want to scan, I get the message 'unable to connect to web service'. I try to click on the apps and it keeps looking for updates. I am sure i am connected to the internet.

 

After all this, i deleted the printer on E print and when i wanted to put it back in, it said that my mail/password is wrong.

Could you send me the instructions please?  I work in the tech dept at my school and have the same thing happening.  I've gone through everything I know how to do, plus everything you have listed to do and I cannot get this to work.  Maddening. I was hoping to get your instructions before calling the company.

I bought the unit yesterday and it is driving me crazy until I saw this thread.

 

I have changed the DNS and the other opps do work.
