Help me out here...I tap on the top left of the printer screen, click on the wireless icon and get the following menu:
Wireless Direct
Wireless Setup Wizard
WiFi Protected Setup
Display Network Configuration
Print Wireless Test Report
Which one do I click on to get the Install/Uninstall?

You want the icon to the LEFT of the wifi icon. If you touch it, the next screen says Web Services. On that screen touch settings. Then the next screen that you see will have as the 3rd down option. "Remove web Services". The next screen asks you if you want to continue. Click yes. Do the uninstall. Then reinstall.
To reinstall you will want the same screen that you touched to uninstall to go through the uninstall steps.

Garytech1,
I have the same problem and have followed the instructions per your previous posts. The printer worked great for many months, then would not scan wirelessly, and finally would not scan via email.
Can you please forward the reset info that has seemed to work for the other users.
Thanks,

I have had the scan problem since I bought the computer. I have tried all the posted solutions with no success. I have asked to have the private message solutions sent to me. Never got them. I am very disappointed in hp and have always loved their products. Please send me the solution!

Here's a solution which has finally worked for me, with an iMac on OS X 10.6.8, and may work for others on with a Mac, so I hasten to share it.
After trying every solution suggested on the HP Forum by HP advisers, and the whole series of solutions offered one after another by an HP tech support adviser whom I'd reached by email, and finding them all a waste of time, I had my case escalated by the email-contact adviser, which led to a call from HP Customer Services who then passed me to a man called Mark at Gateshead on Tyneside (I'm in London).
This man said there was an Apple update for the HP software that should help. We downloaded this - HPPrinterDriver2.16.1 - and installed it, and it's worked. I can now scan to Computer from my 7520.
Why the availability of this update, and its application to the problem I and so many other 7520 users have had, should be a secret to this last HP adviser at the Gateshead office and his colleagues instead of being available from all the HP advisers whose solutions I and many others have tried in vain, is something HP management needs to answer.

Hello. May I have your next step suggestion emailed to me. I'm having the issue of not being able to scan to email but everything else is working fine. I've been told by HP customer service that it's not their problem and I need to contact my internet service provider. My internet service provider said since I am able to connect to the internet it is not their problem and I need to contact HP. I've had terrible experience with HP. Please assist. Thank you.
