Hi There,

I've tried all the solutions you have listed.  I've had no problem with any other printing or web connectivity and have been scanning without issues for almost a year.  Now I'm continually getting "Unable to connect to Web Services.  Confirm Internet access and try again."

 

Could you please send me your solution you sent the others?
