I have tried all suggested solutions without success. Resorted to downloading hpeprint app. Not ideal but at least I can now print from my iPad. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having problems printing. Have you been able to print from both devices to the printer in the past?

It's a simple fix but sometimes works - try and restarting your devices and see if they then see the printer.

I have tried all the solutions suggested in HP diagnostics help including turning everything off and restarting. I had no problem with a previous HP printer.

Hi,

Have you previously been able to print to this printer? I'm not sure what the diagnostics advice was so there'll probably be some duplication in my advice.

Have you been able to connect both the devices and printer to your home wifi netowrk?

Never been able to print from this printer. Printer shows connected to my wi-fi network - same as Apple devices

Glad to hear you found a solution in the end.

The eprint app offers much more in terms of print options compared to AirPrint.
