I am desperate! I have tried everything from resarting computer, printer, and router. I have disconnected and reconnected both printer and computer from my wireless internet. I have used the scan and fix doctor thing from hp. NOTHING WORKS. My printer hooked up wirelessly and I am running a Windows 7 operating system. Please help!
Also, on the printer it says it is good to go but on the computer it says offline. This does not change. Every now and then I get lucky and by a miracle the printer comes online, but not for long. The next time I need to use it it is offline again.

I have tried all this previously and as mentioned before, nothing works. The printer itself shows that it is connected to the wireless internet and says it ready, but when you look at things from the computer it says differently. Even the preint and scan doctor said that it couldn't solve the issue and to come to the forums.

I tried most everything on the solutions link provided but none of them worked. The only one I did not try was the one where you uninstall all hp software programs. I don't know which programs exactly to uninstall because I use an hp laptop. I don't want to mess up my laptop in the process.

Hi,
Since you have an HP computer I would suggest you only do uninstalls up to Level 3.
The level 4 uninstall will remove all traces of HP software, which may remove more than you want, especially if you have an HP computer. I would suggest you do a level 3 uninstall as follows: load your driver CD and navigate to the util\CCC directory on the CD. There will be a series of batch files, uninstall_L1.bat through uninstall_L4.bat. I would suggest you run uninstall_L1.bat, then uninstall_L2.bat then uninstall_L3.bat.
I suggest you do not run the uninstall_L4.bat file.
