When your print dialogue screen comes up, change the Paper Size to CD/DVD. You may need to go into your printer Properties from the dialogue screen to change the paper size.

So no matter what I try it won't work for Mac huh??

htlara, from what another poster said above, this software does NOT work on a Mac. If you have MS Publisher, use it. I've found it prints CDs/DVDs perfectly! And there's so much more you can do using Publisher. Start out using the Publisher CD/DVD template. Then change it however you like. When you go to print, make sure you choose the correct CD/DVD paper size, then print.

Photosmart C309a Software Print CD/DVD did not work when I had Windows 7 update. so best forget HP and Sure Thing is better anyhow overall. There are others ,but this one is very reasonably priced and I am happy with it!,Good Luck

i just got the surething disc labeler 6 but how do you get it to print on to the disk i can not get it to print it says printing but nuthing hapons

Sounds like a problem communicating with your Printer. Actions at Left Top says Print Design. Should work, but make sure you are in CD/DVD Label at top of design page. Hope this helps,I have found this exellent Software,best of luck!

ok got it working But it is printing the middle too little how do i set the size to want i want it to be as i am trying to print on Verbatim Full face disks and it is printing over the hub onto the plastick
