HP Photosmart C3150 All-in-One Printer

My question is similar to a previous person so with some amendments I'm copying it in again.  I recently replaced my hard drive and tried to set up my old C3150 all-in-one printer via USB. Unfortunately, my computer is having issues recognizing it (says "Driver is unavailable") and when I googled to download the driver, I get sent to a page that gives me the option of (1) downloading the Print and Scan Doctor, or (2) linking to instructions for how to download the driver using Windows. Since Windows recognizes that I have a printer/scanner hooked up, but not what it is, option (2) is not helpful. When I downloaded the Doctor and went through its process, it sent me back to the same, original page that listed those two options. I tried downloading HP Smart but it didn't recognize the printer.. I tried looking through previous forum answers, but they either link back to that same one, unhelpful page, or to a 404 page.

I have the previous install disk but windows 10 doesn't recognize it. Is there a direct link where I can download the driver(s) needed to run the C3150 on Windows 10? The following link is NOT HELPFUL: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c3100-all-in-one-printer-series/11465... .I reviewed a previous reply to this question but the website identified is no longer available.  Also some of the links provided in another reply unfortunately don't work.  Sure could use some help on this if anyone has an option.
