HP Recommended
Product: C4599 Photosmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Printer says "cartidge missing" even though the cartidges are installed and it work yesterday.  I have powered off, unplugged and cleaned contacts with alcohol (and drank a bit too to offset the stress).  No dice.  Also I can't remove one doc from the print que and the printers says it is offline and cant print.  What a piece of junk
