I got this message "Print cartridge short or damaged." I replaced the black cartridge (color was brand new) and was able to print. Then a few pages later, the same message popped up. Help!

Hi KynleeRN,

I understand that you are getting an error message with the black ink cartridge, that is stopping you from printing. The document 'At least one of the cartridges has a problem', 'Non-HP Cartridges installed', 'Incompatible cartridg...'. Even though the document does not state the exact error message that you are getting, the steps that are included will work for your error message.

Please let me know if this has resolved the issue, thank you.
