Have unplugged, turned off and on, cleaned heads, replaced cartridges and it still won't align.   Also will not print a black copy.  What more can I do?

could you tell me exactly where those corners are? I pressed the unlit corner but nothing happens.

I am also having the same problem, my computer prints color but not in black.  I only get blank sheets of paper once the printing has stopped.  I have changed cartridges, cleaned the print head, ran a diagnostic test and it still does not print.  I even tried to copy a note and it still prints blank pages.  Any suggestions?

I saw your post and would like to help you out please click here for steps on the alignment page not printing. If that does not work you could try this.

Thanks this worked for me... unplugged the printer from the wall while it was on and waited 15 seconds then plugged it back in and printed a test page and it worked!

I had attempted other suggestions but they didn't work. In fact I could never find or figure out where the "unlit spaces",  "top left" and "top right" were that someone else had suggested.
