Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everything was printing out great for me the other day. Now when I go to print a 4X6 picture from my computer to my printer it comes out terrible. I am able to lay a picture on the screen and hit print and it comes out perfect.Ink is all new.So the problem is somewhere in printing pictures off my computer to my printer? Can anyone help me?

What is the nature of "terrible"  Are the prints banded, streaking, grainy, wrong colors or ??? What program are you printing from?  What are the driver settings for paper type and quality?  Are you printing on plain paper or photo paper?  If you are using photo paper make sure you have selected Best quality and the proper photo paper type in the driver settings.
