Product: HP Color LaserJet CP5225dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We purchased a HP Color LaserJet CP5225dn and it was alright at first, however, when we print images and PDFs, they come out with a weird green-tinted yellow background as well as the text having a weird discoloration around it. What is causing this?

 

I am on Windows 10 64-bit

What is the driver are you using?

If it is PCL 6, please change it to PS driver

Also it is better to use UPD

Please print an internal demo page and if the issue is present, please perform the Color Calibration - Calibrate Now option (Control Panel Menus - System Setup - Print Quality - Color Calibration).
