Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Officejet 6700 Premium. It is running wireless. I am getting the error message " There  is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off then on. If problem persists, contact HP." I have turned it off and removed and replaced the power cord several times each time turning the printer on and the error message remains. This occured right after I replaced the 932xl Black ink cartridge. I have tried the Scan and Print Doctor which updated the driver but did not Fix the problem. Can you recommend any added fixes?

Hi Walker3064,

I'm sorry you continue to get an error message on your printer.

There is a troubleshooting document that may help.  I would recommend checking Step 5 to see if there is a firmware update for your printer.

I hope this helps you.
