My M553 printer is not on a print server. Users connect via internal IP settings. In the job log I see several users listed and the type of job that is printed. However there are a few messages in the log listed the user as "Guest" and the Job states print and the time for example: "Print 3:19 PM" or "Print 12:06 PM"
Is this something that is internal to the M553 or someone logging in as a local guest onto the printer? If so how? If not what is this then?

possibly one of your client workstations has a "Guest" added in the security tab of the printer properties, or the user that is logging in only has "guest" privelages and is not an administrator. Do you have any workstations that do not require your user to use a password when they log in? maybe that account is set up as a "Guest" account
The only way I can think of to try and figure out who it is, would be to open user accounts on each workstation and see what the status is in windows for that user, then open the devices and printers folder at each workstation, right click on the printer and select printer properties, then look at the security tab. You could see things listed like "Guest" Everyone "Local" "user@yourcompany.local, administrators etc.
If you have a wifi access point in your hardwired network look, many times that is set up with users appearing as a "Guest".
You can print one page from each workstation and then compare that to the printer log.

Both the network hardwired or wireless access requires domain user credentials. In the job log, all printed documents indicate what type of file is printed for example a pdf or microsoft message quick print. There were only 2 entries that failed to show who (guest) and what was printed (Print 3:19 PM" or "Print 12:06 PM").
I just found part of the answer. A device that is not joined to a domain and connects physically to the network via ethernet, then manually maps to that device (must know the IP). When a job is printed it shows the user as guest (no creds) but it also still shows what was printed for example "WSP-JOB-000111".
Still left unanswered is the (Print 3:19 PM" or "Print 12:06 PM").
