Hi dame2468

To print a network configuration page, please follow these steps:

  1. On the HP product control panel, press the Setup button (). The Setup menu displays.
  2. Press the Right Arrow button () to scroll through the options and select Network Setup, and then press the OK button.
  3. Press the Right Arrow button () to scroll through the options and select Print Network Configuration Page, and then press the OK button.
  4.
The product prints the network configuration page.

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? Do you have the Photosmart C4180 or the Deskjet F4180?  Both these use USB connections, they do not have wired or wireless network capability based on the documentation online.  Are you using a print server?

The printer is hardwired to the computer. I think it is a F4180.

The 4180 does not have a screen to look at.

The Deskjet F4180 also does not have a network connection, so you will not be able to print a network configuration page - there is no network configuration page. You can print a self test page as shown in the video here:

Good catch. Actually until you asked the question I thought I was wireless. I also have a HP4500 and a XP-630 that are wireless so I forgot that I had the 4180 wired direct. Thanks for the catch.
