You could be right. However, before we conclude this, please check if the printer picks up the photo paper while making a copy. You will have to go to copy settings and select paper type as photo paper and paper size to photo paper size and try to make a copy. If copy fails then it could be a printer issue. If copy from photo tray fails then it is a compatibility issue. Cheers! 🙂

Ah ok. It's copied an image onto photo paper from the photo tray.

Thanks for checking that! 🙂 Seems like the printer hardware is fine and as you rightly said, it is a software issue. I suggest you remove the printer completely from the Chome OS. Then register the printer and add it again in Chrome. 

 

Post that, before you print, change the print settings. Select the paper type and size and then try to print. Let's hope for the best. Cheers! 🙂
