I have a toshiba Satellite P55T-A5202 and the above printer. The problem my wife gets is that every time she sends a document to the printer it stays in the queue. It will not print nor can it be deleted. She has to log off the laptop and then once she logs back on the document will automatically print. I have tried to remove the printer from the computer, restart the laptop and then reinstalled the printer but the problem still occurs. she is using office 365.
