Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
Just installed two NEW cartridges.The 'print alignment' will not work.
Any ideas why?

I understand that you replaced the cartridges and the printer is not printing an alignment page.

Have you tried to make a copy on the printer?
Are you using genuine HP ink?
Recommend you try the steps suggested in this HP Article and it should resolve the issue you are facing.
