I have just installed a new 8720 printer. It works great except when I try to print from a web page. A "Send Fax" box pops open and act as if I'm faxing something instead of printing. I need help.

Welcome to HP Forum and thanks for your post.

 

I'll be happy to help you.

Base on your description, it seems that the Print Destination is set to Fax driver (e.g.  "Fax-HP Officejet Pro 8720"). If that is your current Print Destination, click 'Change" and select the printer print driver (e.g. HP Officejet Pro 8720).
