HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new (1.5 month old) HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw

Today anything I print seems to get stuck in que to print and cannot be canceled or deleted.

The printer is not in sleep mode when this is occuring. It will print 1 item then next will go to cue and say printing, but never does.

In order to correct I have to turn entire computer off. Just shutting printer off does not work. Then I can print 1 item and rest goes into que again.

Jobs que on printer says no ative jobs.

Firmware version is: MAVEDWPP1N001.1629.00

Hi,

1. Open 'RUN' command

2. Type in "services.msc"

3. Look for "Print Spooler"

4. Right click on it and "restart" it

After this try printing adn check.

Hope this fixes the problem. 🙂

Regards,
Nikita

Thank you... After 2 days of working with HP we finally have it running. Once we turned on the wifi, it seems to have corrected itself.
