I'm using a HP 3512e connected via my home WIFI. It is recognized by your app.

Both the WIFI and enjoy print lights are lit on the printer. In the app, the green circle in front of my printer is lit. So the printer is being recognized.

Q1. Why is there no 8x10 paper size choice? I chose photo paper, but I can't print a standard 8x10 photo size. There's 8.5x11, 4x6 and 3x5, but no 8x10. Why?

Q2. Even though my printer is recognized by my WIFI, and i can print when i first go into the app, if i go to 'settings' to change paper size etc., when I go back the 'print' option us greyed out. The wifi and eprint lights are lit on the control pad but no print option. Its like i have to wake it up. Why?

Thanks.

You must be referring to the ePrint app?  I am going to assume so based on the hints but you have left a lot of information out to assist you better.  About the print button turning gray, it is likely because this printer does not have a photo tray.  I see at the very bottom of your post "posted from a Kindle Fire" so I take it you are trying to print from a Kindle Fire, correct?  When sending the printer an ePrint email (referring to the ePrint app) it only has the two photo options: print a 4x6 or 3x5 photo.  What you are trying to do may be a little more in-depth than what ePrint was created for.  Are you even using ePrint?  You may benefit from a different print app that has a few more print options like the PrinterShare app.

If this information is not helpful then you must answer these questions before I can assist you more: What app are you using?  What device are you using?  Are you opening the photos in the app first and then trying to print or are you opening the photo first and then sending the photo to the app?  Do you have the right photo paper in the printer with the guides set?  Are you using ePrint (meaning, are you sending the printer an email to print the photo)?

My printer, an HP all-in-one has printed one pdf and one picture, then greyed out after each print and wouldn't print anything else.I'm printing from a Kindle Fire, 2nd generation.  I've downloaded and activated HP e-print. The printer is recognized and obviously is connected to the Kindle so why does it become greyed out after one print?
