Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer and you get an error code 0X61011BED.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Did any hardware changes take place on the printer (like a paper jam, cartridge replacement, etc.)?

Though it indicates a hardware failure, I would still suggest you to try a few steps that might help us fix the issue:

  • Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
  • Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
  • Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
  • The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector. Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.

If the issue still persists then please perform step 4, step 7 and step 8 from this link

I hope this information helps. Please let me know the outcome. All the best! 🙂
