When attempting to print on A5 sized paper, the ink keeps on coming out in Blue. I switched the paper to the standard US Letter size and the ink came out Black. I have restarted the printer. I am also printing from Google Docs.

Hi,

 

Since printing output is good on letter size paper,  Please change Paper Type setting as per your A5 paper specificaiton (Plain, Photo etc).

 

Refer user guide for instruction to change paper type in this printer:
