After 2 months of not using the printer (was away from home), I tried to get it back working. But I failed.

I've installed its software, examined the inks (they arent dry cause I had them removed and covered with a protecting lid) everything seemed fine. However when I'm printing a test page, nothing appears on paper.

No errors show. The scan and fix or w/e is called software that diagnoses problems say everything is fine. The printer moves and sounds perfectly normal when "printing" but only blank pages appear. The inks are not empty (not even at half capacity) and they are original HP inks. 

What could be causing this?

I have also cleaned the surfaces where the Inks touch the printer machinery. No changes.

So more than 1 week, should I still wait for a response? How long does it take for the support stuff to answer a question on the forums?

I am sorry for the delayed response. I see your Deskjet 3525 is now printing blank pages after you had been away.

 

I recognize you have tried troubleshooting the problem as well and the issue persists.

The article assumes that your ink catridges are low on ink and continues from there by suggesting to replace them. My Inks however are not at low (the minimum is at 1/3, the yellow). After suggesting to change them, it suggests to print the Alignment page which I cannot print, since I'm getting just blank papers.

If your ink levels are not low or empty, continue the troubleshooting steps in the document until the very end.

 

If you have already completed all of the suggested steps listed, and your printer is still printing blank pages, I recommend calling HP's Technical Support to inquire if there are any other options for you.
