Hello,

I recently updated my wifi router and since then have not been able to connect wirelessly. Everytime I try to connect my printer to my internet using the wireless wizard setup up it gives my a message stating: Printer Error. There us a problem with the printer. Turn the printer Off, then On.

I decided to use an ethernet cable to see if that would allow me to print, it worked for a short amount of time. Now everytime I turn on my printer is is giving me this message.

Please help thank you 🙂
