I have a HP Laserjet CP3525dn and I persistently get the 59 F0 error all day long. I've done everything suggested except replace the DC controller. Is this something a service rep has to do? I'm so tired of this error and it's really surprising considering the quality of printer HP puts out.

Hello,
Please check the link to fix the error that you have.
Please check turn off the printer and turn it off after 20 mts . check toner collection unit is full.
If still does not work call HP support .

59.BO CLEANING MOTOR ERROR REPLACE TONER COLLECTION UNIT | This message appears for one of the following reasons:
| Replace the toner collection unit. |
59.XY ERROR To continue turn off then on | A temporary printing error has occurred. | Turn the product off, and then turn the product on. If the message persists, contact HP support. |

I understand that the Printer HP Laser Jet CP4525 59.F0 Printer Error. I am happy to look into this issue for you!
Description
A 59.F0 error message is displayed on control panel when the product boots up or intermittently happens during printing.
This behavior is primarily caused by a stuck sensor flag (SR9 at connector J19). The flag sticks in the sensor holder due to contamination (toner, paper dust, etc.). This can also be the fuser drive assembly not functioning correctly.
Recommended action
Have the customer reseat the ITB.
If the issue persists, send an onsite technician with the SR9 Sensor Assembly and the below instructions.
