I recently purchase a HP printer  HP Offijet Pro 8710  I signed up for the ink refill plan. Last week I had to use the new ink cartridges and when I did a notification came up to inform me that the cartridges were incompatible.  Of course this happened in a very important job.  Frustrated, Yes.  I need your assistance asap.

Thanks

Janice

Hello, @jstrawn - Hope you are well 🙂

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel!

I see that you are facing issues while using the refilled cartridges with the printer. First off, refilled cartridges are not recommended by HP. Please try and use genuine HP cartridges.

Alternatively, please go to http://hp.care/2pu8vrr and follow the steps mentioned to try and fix the issue. If the issue persists, I’d suggest using a genuine HP cartridge.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Cheers 🙂
