I am having issues print pages. I can print in color but my black ink prints part of a page occasionally and then nothing at all. I am part of the instant ink. The pages are counting towards my total of the month but all I get is a title (color) and maybe a bit here and there from the main part of the page or nothing at all.
I have tried the troubleshooting. I have turned off, unplugged, restarted the printer. I have restarted the computer. I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled. The ink was sent to me only a week or so ago and I did print a few days after I recieved it a few pages no problem. I have taken the ink cartridge out to see if it was blocked but nothing.
The printer is new (bought it maybe 2 months ago). I also don't know how to rectify the pages printed counting against me. I have kept them all to show I am getting only parts printed here and there.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
