HP laserjet 600 M602
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi all,

We have a HP Laserjet 600 m602 printer. This is a network printer. A job was sent to the printer which should of printed out 2000 pages.. Alot I know. What we didnt realise was each page had between 15 and 50 documents attached. This was going to be to much printiing. We tried to cancel on the pc but it was not showing in the print queue to cancel. Our only choice was to sit by the printer and cancel each one as it came through. This was working fine up to a point.

Then we were presented after a while with this error message.. "Job canceled. Pin is required for help press?" When we press "?" It asks us to press "select" to cancel (This printer does not have a select button) If we click "ok" instead it requires a pin. We tried 0000 and 1234 and these do not work.

We have also tried turning the printer off for 30 minutes and rebooted and still same error. I hope that is enough info to help you all help me. Thanks
