I replaced the ink #58 and it says "Printer calibration. Load plain paper then press OK." I put a blank paper then press OK but it didn't print. Is the problem also the paper detector?

Hi! @Tess09, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand you are unable to perform printer calibration on your printer.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Do you get the error when you place the old cartridge back to the printer?

Follow these steps to align the cartridges from the product control panel.
Press Setup () on the product control panel.
Use the arrows () to select Tools, and then press OK.
Use the arrows to select Align Printer, and then press OK.

Try removing the cartridge from the printer and place the cartridges back and check if it helps.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
