MFP 640
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

HI,

We have 6 printer (3*MFP 640, 3*Offijet x476dw),  installed on a printing server Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 with PCL6 Driver.
I noticed that the printers some times switching shortcut to EcoSMART. Anyone know why?
Thanks.

I've had shortcuts do odd things when there is a different one selected in the Preferences menu vs the Advanced/Default menu.

Peferences: button at the bottom of the General Tab in the Properties menu

Advanced: "Printing Defaults" button at the bottom of the Advanced tab in the Properties menu

Defaults: right click on the queue name and select "Printing Defaults"

Make sure the same shortcut is selected in all three of those places.  Sometimes changing it in one changes all of them, sometimes not (haven't quite figured out why, we've been pushing to get our 2008R2 print server upgraded to 2012 or 2016, which are suppose to fix a lot of little oddities with print queues
