@Briamar

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer and it does not work to page ranges on my Mac.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Is the printer able to print single page documents?
  • Are you referring to printing specific pages from a huge document?
  • Could you please send me a screenshot of what you're trying to do?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to reset the printing system in Mac as it resolves most of the printing related issues in Mac.

If the issue persists of if the printing stops working after resetting the printing system then please download and install the printer drivers from this link.

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Let me know. Cheers! 🙂
