My printer is connected to wifi just fine, but every time I go to print something, it just sits in the que and does nothing. But as soon as I get up and turn the printer off, then back on, then it will start printing. I can't do that every time of course..!! Help please 🙂 Thank you!!

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read about your HP ENVY 4520 printer and you are unable to print on wireless connection.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- Are you getting any error message while printing wireless?
Meanwhile:
- Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity.
- Set the default printer and unpause printing.
- Reset the printer and check the connection status.
- Make sure the correct port is selected.
- Update the printer firmware.
Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps.
(Note: Though the title of the printer is different, these steps should fix the issue)
Let me know if that works.
Cheers.

@sandytechy20 I am not getting an error message and I tried every step in that document. It is still not printing. I just looked again and noticed that now my printer is greyed out with a green check mark under Devices and Printers in the control panel.

Thanks for the reply.
I appreciate your time and effort.
If the printer has green check mark, then it shows the printer is properly installed.
Follow the below steps to fix this issue.
- Delete job files and restart.
- Use HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Reinstall the print driver.
Click here and try the steps mentioned in the document to fix this issue.
Keep me posted.
