I have searched the site for info on this problem and a lot of info comes up but I haven't been able to fix it. I have run all the diagnostics and cleaning options; I've manually cleaned the cartrige and printer connections, I've checked the ink levels, I've downloded Print and Scan Doctor and run that...and I'm still having the same issue.

I included two of the diagnostic scans and then a sample document at the bottom of my post, what's coming out of the printer is first, then the original word doc. You can see it's both cutting off lines and skipping some altogether.

Of course, I need a printed resume tomorrow and ran into this tonight. Ugh. any help woudl be much appreciated.
