HP ENVY 5546

You installed 'print on both sides' into my print drop down box not long ago. It has now vanished so I need your help again to be able to do double sided printing jobs. Thank You! Diana

Please read this post then provide some details.  What operating system? What media type are you using?

 

Note that  two sided printing is not available for Photo media, or when printing borderless prints.

Hi Bob,  This problem was fixed by Maria not long ago ... she needed to access my laptop to do it.   Can you help with this? Diana

I cannot access your laptop, but I may be able to walk you through the steps if you let me know what operating system you have.  Click on the link here to find your operating system.

What is going on?   I keep getting emails ranking me and now I am (ha ha) Top Tutor!?                All I want is help via the blog to print on both sides please.  My new printer is a HP ENVY 5546 - serial number [Personal Information Removed]

Sorry about the emails, the system assigns a ranking system based on how many posts you have, whether you have assigned Kudo's and solutions and what you have earned for kudos and solutions.

 

If you let me know your operating system I should be able to help.
