Printer doesn't respond - only 3 constantly lit orange lights (ink alert, resume and information)

My printer doesn't turn on but it only shows 3 constantly lit orange lights on (1) colored ink level, (2) resume, (3) information. I already unplugged it and plugged it again, but no improvement.

@Han2001, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print. Check the ink level and replace any low/empty ink cartridge. 

To resolve this issue, refer to - Blinking lights

Also, check for any jams, follow the steps on - E4 Error (Paper Jam)
