I have an HP Officejet J6480 All in One Printer. I've had this printer and laptop and they have worked together for over a year. For no reason that I can think of, the printer stopped working. It was giving paper jam errors when there was no paper jam, then it just had jobs hanging up in the queue. I un-installed and reinstalled the software and that didn't work so I took it to Best Buy and they worked with it, got it going and gave it back.
Now today, first time I tried to print it gets hung up in the queue, when I hit the troublehoot button it gives the
"Contact your Network Administrator" error. When it expands the problem it says "Printer HP Officejet 6400 series cannot be contacted over the network- not fixed.
My question - what administrator? what network? Its just me and my printer just like before, I am frustrated with all the time lost and don't know what to do.
