HP Photosmart 7520
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Turned on my HP Photosmart 7520 and massage said: Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.

 

I turn off printer and back on (three or four times), but same massage pop-up.

I put new ink cartridges in printer, but same massage pop-up............HELP

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Photosmart 7520 printer. I understand that you are getting ink system failure issue error with your printer.

  • Reset the printer.
  • Check estimated ink levels.
  • Clean the ink cartridge vents and contacts.
  • Clean the printhead with an automated tool.
