Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have replaced both ink catridges with HP originals. I am printing and the only colour that prints is blue. The rest is very faded. I can see that the colour catridge is full and the black has quater left. I have changed my laptop so not sure if that makes a difference.
